Payday loan provider money Genie faces a 20m payment bill https://personalinstallmentloans.org/payday-loans-me/ after recharging customers 50 to transfer them towards the company’s company collection agencies business.
This is certainly one of a group of “unfair” costs and interest levies imposed by the company after it launched last year, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) said.
Money Genie has now agreed using the regulator to pay for compensation to significantly more than 92,000 clients.
The financial institution, owned by Ariste Holding, said no one ended up being offered to comment.

Unauthorised re payments
The regulator, the FCA, said that “serious failings” because of the loan provider included:
